Cyber Florida at USF
Building cybersecurity awareness and talent through research, education, and outreach.
Video Projects
-
Cyber Florida YouTube Channel
My primary responsibility at Cyber Florida was two-fold: management of our YouTube presence, and media production for the entire organization - it turns out that’s a lot of projects! I’ve selected a few highlights that demonstrate a diverse mix of videos, but this isn’t even close to all of my work with Cyber Florida. For more, check out the YouTube channel by clicking the link below.

Animation Reel
I designed all of the video and logo animations for Cyber Florida using a variety of tools, including AfterEffects and Premiere Pro. The linked video is a reel of the animations I created during my time at Cyber Florida.
-
CyberBay Summit 2026
Every year, Cyber Florida puts on a major industry event called CyberBay, in partnership with USF and Bellini Capital, to bring together industry professionals, leaders, mentors, educators, and anyone interested in the field to discuss their work.
In addition to creating a recap video about the event, I also was heavily involved in event planning and coordination, and worked on event execution as well.
-
Jack Voltaic 5.0 @ USF
Cyber Florida and USF were proud to host Jack Voltaic 5.0, a cybersecurity readiness exercise in cooperation with the US Department of Defense. Municipal workers from across the state worked together on a ‘mock’ cybersecurity catastrophe, collaborating with other departments to resolve conflicts and return to normal.
I produced a video highlighting the experience, as well as coordinated interviews with the individuals shown.
-
"The Making Of A Defender" Documentary Premiere
One of the biggest ongoing projects during my time at Cyber Florida was the production of the feature documentary, “The Making Of A Defender”. For transparency, I did not produce the documentary itself, although I did assist coordinating several filming days. This video I did produce, however, highlights the premiere of the event at USF’s Marshall Student Center.

Spring 2026 Director's Update
Part of our outreach strategy was simply highlighting the work we were doing, and part of the execution of that strategy was biannual Cyber Florida updates with our Senior Director, Ernie Ferraresso.
I scheduled, coordinated, directed, produced, and edited these update videos.

Key West "Cyber Wars" Competition Recap
Bolstering Florida’s cybersecurity doesn’t stop at Miami - the Florida Keys are an important part of the work. I attended a cybersecurity training exercise in Key West along with a couple colleagues and produced this video highlighting the event.

ARCS Range at FLGISA Conference
Familiar faces are essential in our mission, so we work to seek out familiar faces to municipal workers, including through FLGISA (the Florida Local Government Information Systems Association), a group that every county in the state has joined.
We attended one of their biannual conferences, hosted a cybersecurity training exercise, and interviewed the co-chairs of the organization. I directed, shot, produced, and edited the resulting video.
